Friday Mushroom stir fry with oyster sauce and Rice
Saturday Pasties and Potato wedges with salad made from iceberg lettuce, tomatoes,  mango and cucumber salad.
Sunday Roasted vegetables- carrots, onions, beetroot, courgettes, sweet potatoes.
Monday Broccoli cheese bake. Fruit salad.
Tuesday Pasta with pasta sauce and tinned tuna or salmon. Homemade coleslaw.


Some of the food is surplus food that would of otherwise gone to waste so some items we include in our boxes may be close to the end of their ‘shelf life’. However, we undertake quality checks with every product to assess whether it is suitable to be eaten. In some cases, the surplus food is frozen or refrigerated to ensure the food is maintained to a high standard.
