- 5 Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Wash and chop the potatoes into wedge slices. Preheat the oven to 180C/160F/Gas Mark 4.
- Coat the potatoes in the oil and season with salt and pepper. Place into a tray on a single layer then into the oven for 30-40 checking them after 20 and flip if needed.
