Vegetable Stir Fry and Noodles

  • Large Pan


  • Frozen Vegetables
  • Noodles
  • Stir Fry Sauce


  • Heat oil in the pan over a medium heat and add the frozen vegetables and other vegetables you might want to add. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Meanwhile cook the noodles in boiling water until they soften then drain.
  • Stir the noodles in with the vegetables. Add the sauce and any stock. Toss well and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
