Friday Vegetable stir fry and noodles
Saturday Potato wedges and curry sauce with salad made from iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, mange tout and bean salad.
Sunday Stuffed mushrooms with roasted vegetables- carrots, onions, broccoli, potatoes.
Monday Baked beans on bagels with grated cheese on top. Fruit salad.
Tuesday Pasta with pasta pot sauce and tinned tuna.


Some of the food is surplus food that would of otherwise gone to waste so some items we include in our boxes may be close to the end of their ‘shelf life’. However, we undertake quality checks with every product to assess whether it is suitable to be eaten. In some cases, the surplus food is frozen or refrigerated to ensure the food is maintained to a high standard.

If you have any specific dietary requirements that you have informed us of, then you will be provided with an alternative meal option or substitution.
