Friday Soup and bread. Strawberries and yogurt.
Saturday Pasta with mushrooms, broccoli onions and garlic
Sunday Vegetable curry with added smooth tofu and rice
Monday Venison casserole or turkey stew with added extra vegetables – swede, carrots and peas.
Tuesday Sausages with onion marmalade sauce, baked beans and Portuguese potatoes.


Some of the food is surplus food that would of otherwise gone to waste so some items we include in our boxes may be close to the end of their ‘shelf life’. However, we undertake quality checks with every product to assess whether it is suitable to be eaten. In some cases, the surplus food is frozen or refrigerated to ensure the food is maintained to a high standard.

If you have any specific dietary requirements that you have informed us of, then you will be provided with an alternative meal option or substitution.
