Turkey casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack turkey casserole base
  • 1 tin barley
  • 1 red or green pepper
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 3 sticks sliced celery
  • 3 small onions
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 100 g mixed peas/sweetcorn/carrots

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a large lidded casserole pot.
  • Stir around so all the ingredients are all coated. Add extra stock if necessary. Place in the oven at 180C /Gas 4/5 until all the vegetables are tender. Approx. 45 mins. Season to taste.
