- 1 pack turkey casserole base
- 1 tin barley
- 1 red or green pepper
- 1 tin tomatoes
- 3 sticks sliced celery
- 3 small onions
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 100 g mixed peas/sweetcorn/carrots
- Place all the ingredients in a large lidded casserole pot.
- Stir around so all the ingredients are all coated. Add extra stock if necessary. Place in the oven at 180C /Gas 4/5 until all the vegetables are tender. Approx. 45 mins. Season to taste.
