Tuna and Broccoli Quiche
- 100 g Broccoli
- 200 g Tuna
- 2 Eggs
- 150 ml Milk
- 55 g Cheese
- Preheat oven to 190C, 170C Fan, Gas 5.
- Roll out pastry to line a 20cm flan dish or ring. Blind bake in a pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes. With parchment paper and rice or baking beans.
- Mix all filling ingredients together and spoon into the bake pastry case. Return to oven for 30 minutes until the egg filling is set.
