Teriyaki Chicken

Servings 4 people


  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • 50 g runny honey
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 4 spring onions


  • Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Add the chicken and fry for 7 mins or until golden
  • Add the garlic, ginger and fry for 2 mins
  • Stir in the honey, soy sauce and 100ml of water[ or add ready made sauce for the last 2 instructions
  • Bring to boil and cook for 2-5 mins until the chicken is sticky and coated in a thick sauce. Serve with rice and steam veg
