Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 thumb ginger
- 50 g runny honey
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 4 spring onions
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Add the chicken and fry for 7 mins or until golden
- Add the garlic, ginger and fry for 2 mins
- Stir in the honey, soy sauce and 100ml of water[ or add ready made sauce for the last 2 instructions
- Bring to boil and cook for 2-5 mins until the chicken is sticky and coated in a thick sauce. Serve with rice and steam veg
