Depending on what you have you can add protein by adding tinned tuna. Or even add chopped onion.

- Lettuce
- Radish
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Celery
Instructions
- Mix together lettuce or leafy greens you have with the tomatoes, radishes and avocados or substitute with peppers and grated carrots. Dress with lemon juice and oil.
