
Rice Gratin

Ingredients
- 100 g Rice
- 1 Broccoli
- 2 Onions
- 1 Packet of Cheesy Sauce
- 100 g Cheese, grated
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan/ Gas Mark 5.
- Cook rice in boiling water for about 35 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly and drain again. This stops the cooking process.
- Cut up broccoli and cook in salted water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water.
- Gently fry chopped onions and garlic in butter till translucent.
- Stir together all ingredients and add cheesy sauce.
- Transfer to ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in oven till the cheese has melted this is normally around 20 minutes.
