Rice Gratin

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Rice
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Packet of Cheesy Sauce
  • 100 g Cheese, grated
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan/ Gas Mark 5.
  • Cook rice in boiling water for about 35 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly and drain again. This stops the cooking process.
  • Cut up broccoli and cook in salted water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water.
  • Gently fry chopped onions and garlic in butter till translucent.
  • Stir together all ingredients and add cheesy sauce.
  • Transfer to ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake in oven till the cheese has melted this is normally around 20 minutes.
