Can add other ingredient such as olives if available.
- 1 Tin of Tuna
- 8 Potatoes
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes
- French Beans
- 1 Red Onion
- 4 Little Gem Lettuces
- 4 Eggs
- 6 Anchovy Fillets
- If time, put tuna in a bowl and pour 4 table spoons of dressing over it. Cover and refrigerate, turning the tuna in the marinade occasionally. Marinade for up to 2 hours.
- Cook potatoes and cut into quarters. Boil eggs for 6 minute until fully set. Then combine all ingredients and serve.
