Nicoise Salad

Can add other ingredient such as olives if available.
Servings 4 people


  • 1 Tin of Tuna
  • 8 Potatoes
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • French Beans
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 4 Little Gem Lettuces
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6 Anchovy Fillets


  • If time, put tuna in a bowl and pour 4 table spoons of dressing over it. Cover and refrigerate, turning the tuna in the marinade occasionally. Marinade for up to 2 hours.
  • Cook potatoes and cut into quarters. Boil eggs for 6 minute until fully set. Then combine all ingredients and serve.
