Nando's Chicken, Red Cabbage Slaw and Potato Wedges

  • 5 Potato
  • 1 Pack of Chicken
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Red Cabbage
  • 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise


  • Preheat oven to 200C/ Gas Mark 7.
  • Wash, cut and coat potato wedges in oil and place in the oven till they are cooked and browned.
  • Ensure that the chicken is fully defrosted before putting in the oven to heat through following the packages instructions. Ensure it is piping hot before serving.
  • To make slaw peel and grate carrots, finely chop onions then add mayonnaise coating everything. Then serve.
