
Nando's Chicken, Red Cabbage Slaw and Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 5 Potato
- 1 Pack of Chicken
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Red Cabbage
- 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C/ Gas Mark 7.
- Wash, cut and coat potato wedges in oil and place in the oven till they are cooked and browned.
- Ensure that the chicken is fully defrosted before putting in the oven to heat through following the packages instructions. Ensure it is piping hot before serving.
- To make slaw peel and grate carrots, finely chop onions then add mayonnaise coating everything. Then serve.
