Irish Stew

Servings 4 people


  • 6 Potatoes
  • 4 Carrots
  • Irish Stew


  • Peel and chop the potatoes and place on to steam or boil.
  • Peal and slice the carrots, steam or boil. Prepare any other vegetables available. When these are nearly fully cooked add them to the Irish Stew mix.
  • Heat through in the oven or alternatively heat in a pan until bubbling and serve with vegetables separately.
