Hasselback Potatoes with Sausages

Ingredients
- 13 Potatoes
- Sausages
Instructions
- Wash potatoes thoroughly. With the knife as shown in the photo keeping the potatoes intact.
- Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan/ Gas Mark 5.
- Coat with little oil and pinch of salt and bake for 35-45 minutes.
- Cook sausages by using the instructions on the packet.
