- 4 Chicken
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Tin of Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Seasoning
- Prepare the vegetables by peeling onions and slicing pepper and tomatoes. Cut the chicken into small pieces and coat in the spice season mix.
- Gently fry the ingredients till they are all golden and the chicken is cooked through.
- Warm through the wraps in the oven and fill with chicken mixture. Serve with salad, coleslaw or potato wedges.
