Chicken Fajita

  • 4 Chicken
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Tin of Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Seasoning


  • Prepare the vegetables by peeling onions and slicing pepper and tomatoes. Cut the chicken into small pieces and coat in the spice season mix.
  • Gently fry the ingredients till they are all golden and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Warm through the wraps in the oven and fill with chicken mixture. Serve with salad, coleslaw or potato wedges.
