Chicken Curry and Rice

- Oven Proof Dish
- Saucepan
Ingredients
- 1 Jar of Curry Sauce
- Chicken Thighs
- 2 tsp Oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into pieces and then cook chicken in saucepan with oil till browned and cooked through, this is when the chicken is white in the middle.
- Add curry sauce and place in the oven proof dish. Place chicken sauce mixture in the oven at the temperature of 180C.
- Cook rice in saucepan. Once rice is cooked take out chicken out oven and serve.
