Chicken Curry and Rice

  • Oven Proof Dish
  • Saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Jar of Curry Sauce
  • Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into pieces and then cook chicken in saucepan with oil till browned and cooked through, this is when the chicken is white in the middle.
  • Add curry sauce and place in the oven proof dish. Place chicken sauce mixture in the oven at the temperature of 180C.
  • Cook rice in saucepan. Once rice is cooked take out chicken out oven and serve.
