Cauliflower Casserole

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 150 ml Sour Cream
  • 100 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Pepper


  • Place chopped cauliflower in to a saucepan and cover fully with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer till tender, this take about 5-10 minutes. Then drain away water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, sour cream and cheese, peppers and salt then transfer to the dish. Sprinkle with left over cheese.
  • Bake uncovered at 325F or 160C till heated through, 30-35 minutes.
