Cauliflower and Potatoes Cheese Bake

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 8 Potatoes
  • Cream Cheese
  • 50 g Cheese, grated
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic


  • Preheat oven to 180C/160C Fan/ Gas Mark 4.
  • Break up cauliflower into florets and cut up potatoes into even chunks. Equal amounts of potatoes to cauliflower. Parboil these together in salted water till tender.
  • Place in dish and spread over cream cheese and grate cheese and season. Place into the oven til l the cheese has melted and is golden brown, around 20 minutes.
  • Wash beetroot thoroughly and chop. Chopped up onions and garlic into large slices and pace them on a trat and coat into oil and tin foil. Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours.
