Cauliflower and Potatoes Cheese Bake
- Ovenproof Dish
- 1 Cauliflower
- 8 Potatoes
- Cream Cheese
- 50 g Cheese, grated
- 1 Beetroot
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- Preheat oven to 180C/160C Fan/ Gas Mark 4.
- Break up cauliflower into florets and cut up potatoes into even chunks. Equal amounts of potatoes to cauliflower. Parboil these together in salted water till tender.
- Place in dish and spread over cream cheese and grate cheese and season. Place into the oven til l the cheese has melted and is golden brown, around 20 minutes.
- Wash beetroot thoroughly and chop. Chopped up onions and garlic into large slices and pace them on a trat and coat into oil and tin foil. Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours.
