Burger with Oven Baked Fries and Slaw

  • Oven Proof Dish


  • 8 Potatoes
  • 4 Burger Patties
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise


  • Prepare the potatoes by peeling and chopping, coat with oil and salt. Place in hot oven.
  • Grill burgers till the juices run clear or if they are vegetarian alternative till they are heated through.
  • Peel the carrots and grate, finely chop the onion and cabbage and add mayonnaise coating all the vegetables well. Add lemon juice if you need more liquid to help mix it.
