Bread Crumb Chicken and Jacket Potatoes

  • 4 Jacket Potatoes
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • Chicken


  • Wash potatoes and place them in an oven at 200C. To reduce time stick a fork in each potatoe.
  • Tip bread crumbs onto a plate. Whisk an egg into a small bowl (mustard can be added to the egg for a kick).
  • Dip each chicken piece into the gg and then into the bread crumbs coating the chicken. Then place on baking tray and in hot oven at 180C-200C.
  • When the chicken is cook after approximately 30 minutes and the potatoes depending on their size serve together.
