Apple and pork burger
- 350 g pork sausage meat
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 grated apple
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp herbs- mixed herbs/sage
- Finely chop the onion and lightly fry off the onion in the oil.
- Mix together all the other ingredients including the onion. If it is not pulling together add some breadcrumbs to help bind it.
- Shape into small patties and place on a baking tray. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until all the pink juice no longer comes out when lightly pressed.
