If using onion and pepper, slice both and fry to soften in a little oil. Then set aside in a bowl. Slice the chicken into small pieces or strips and fry in a little oil for 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the cooked onion and pepper (if using) and the Curry Sauce to the chicken. Stir and simmer for about 7 minutes. Serve with boiled rice and/or naan bread.
