Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Add the chicken and fry for 7 mins or until golden
Add the garlic, ginger and fry for 2 mins
Stir in the honey, soy sauce and 100ml of water[ or add ready made sauce for the last 2 instructions
Bring to boil and cook for 2-5 mins until the chicken is sticky and coated in a thick sauce. Serve with rice and steam veg
