Preheat oven to 190C, 170C Fan, Gas 5.
Roll out pastry to line a 20cm flan dish or ring. Blind bake in a pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes. With parchment paper and rice or baking beans.
Mix all filling ingredients together and spoon into the bake pastry case. Return to oven for 30 minutes until the egg filling is set.
