Hasselback Potatoes with Sausages

  • Sharp Knife
  • Oven Proof Dish


  • 13 Potatoes
  • Sausages


  • Wash potatoes thoroughly. With the knife as shown in the photo keeping the potatoes intact.
  • Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan/ Gas Mark 5.
  • Coat with little oil and pinch of salt and bake for 35-45 minutes.
  • Cook sausages by using the instructions on the packet.
