Pre heat the oven to 200c/fan 180c/gas 6.
Cut of the stalk and keep to one side. Season the mushrooms.
Chop the mushroom stalks and add to the chopped onion, garlic, water, puree. simmer until soft.
Add the seasoning tinned beans. cover and simmer for 5 minutes. add more water if it looks dry.
Spoon the mixture into the mushroom/peppers and top with the grated cheese. Place in the oven until the cheese is melted. the pores may need a bit longer and covering with foil. Serve with the roasted vegetables and rice if necessary.
