sliced celery

mixed herbs

mixed peas/sweetcorn/carrots
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a large lidded casserole pot.
Stir around so all the ingredients are all coated. Add extra stock if necessary. Place in the oven at 180C /Gas 4/5 until all the vegetables are tender. Approx. 45 mins. Season to taste.
