chopped garlic clove

ground cumin and coriander

pinch
chilli flakes

peeled and diced celeriac
1
potato, diced
hot stock
splash of double cream
Instructions
In a pan soften 1 onion in olive oil. Add garlic, cumin, coriander and chilli flakes. Fry for 1 minute.
Add celeriac and potato. Cover with stock and simmer until all the vegetables are tender. Add cream and blend until smooth. Serve with crusty bread.
