Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh or Frozen Cauliflower
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • ½ Juice of a Lemon (Optional)
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • If using fresh cauliflower, cut up into individual florets. If using frozen cauliflower, cook from frozen. Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking tray, coat in a table spoon or two of oil and season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of lemon juice if using.
  • Peal and cut the garlic cloves in half and nestle with the cauliflower. Roast at 200C/400F until soft and starting to brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Frozen cauliflower may cook quicker.
