Preheat oven to 200C/ Gas Mark 7.
Wash, cut and coat potato wedges in oil and place in the oven till they are cooked and browned.
Ensure that the chicken is fully defrosted before putting in the oven to heat through following the packages instructions. Ensure it is piping hot before serving.
To make slaw peel and grate carrots, finely chop onions then add mayonnaise coating everything. Then serve.
